The art of professionally sealing Terrazzo is to utilise the correct sealer for the task it must perform, to a particular type of application. e.g commercial or residential, Internal or external Terrazzo tiles, bench top, fire hearth etc.
The application of a Terrazzo sealer, gives your stone a fighting chance, to give you enough time to remove any spillages before they stain your Terrazzo. Sealers are not, water-proofing system nor are they bullet proof. It is similar to scotch guarding your sofa.

Lustre Terrazzo stain stop is a premuim penetrating breathable sealer which has excellent stain inhibiter properties.

Etch - Blemish, white spots, dull spots - Etch Removal
Calcite reacts to acid based products such as wine, coke, perfume, pet stains, house hold cleaners, window cleaners. The chemical rection is called etching, this is evident by wine ring marks, white spots, dull spots, blemishes on your Terrazzo. These are not stains, the acid based product has eaten the surface of the marble.
