Water damage can be caused by numerous events. Typically the causal factor will be leaks, burst pipes, drainage blockages, hot water cylinders bursting, overflowing baths or tubs, washing machine connection failures or natural floods.

Further to removing the excess surface water it is often necessary to draw out water that is trapped under tiles or residual water markings. A specific procedure may be required to rectify the damage due to the many types of stone and the different surface finishes available.

We can remove efflorescence and calcification (the build-up of white salt powders) and prevent it from re-occurring.
